Wei WANG has been a practicing lawyer when joining Zhongzi Law Office in 2006, and has become a partner of the firm from 2012.
Wei focuses on capital market, foreign investment, dispute resolutions, and intellectual property matters. Wangwei has extensive experiences in provides counseling and strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, IPO, sales of assets, as well as foreign investment. He also represents individuals, international and multinational corporations in various matters including infringement, labor issues and intellectual property matters.

Wei is the co-author of the publication “Company and Company Law” of CCH from 2009 to 2012.

Wei earned his B. A. degree of Chemistry in Taiyuan University of Technology in 2000, and then he earned his J. M. degree in University of International Business and Economics in 2004.
