Xueyan focuses on trademark prosecution, licensing, enforcement and other matters relating to intellectual property. She has extensive experiences in trademark prosecution, opposition, invalidation, and represents international and multi-national corporations in prosecution, opposition, cancellation, and invalidation proceedings. Her expertise further extends to in international trademark registration system (Madrid Agreement and Protocol) and border enforcement of trademark rights.
She has practiced intellectual property law in Beijing since 1993.

Xueyan earned her B. A. degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1987. She received her intellectual property law training both in the U.S.A. and Germany.
