Profile

Wei worked as a patent engineer in ZTE corporation from 1999 to 2001. She was qualified as a patent attorney in 2000. She joined Zhongzi Law Office in 2004.
Wei focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and related matters. She has extensive experiences in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patent re-examination and invalidation proceedings, and in counseling on validity, patentability and infringement issues in telecommunication, computer science and engineering, and electrical engineering. Wei represents foreign and domestic clients for their telecommunication, electrical and computer-related inventions.

Wei earned her B. A. degree in automatic control from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1996, and Master degree in automatic control from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1999.
