Jingmei focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and related matters. She has extensive experiences in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, patent re-examination and invalidation proceedings, and in counseling on validity, patentability and infringement issues in telecommunication, computer science and engineering. Education

Jingmei earned her B. A. degree in telecommunications from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications in 2001, and Ph.D. degree in mobile communications from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications in 2006.
