Mr. Lei's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations to handle hundreds of patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of automobiles, engineering machines, medical instruments, sewing machines, and timepieces.
Mr. Lei has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Lei has also drafted many patent applications for clients.

Mr. Lei earned his master degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2003. He joined Zhongzi Law Office in 2004.
