Dr. Song is a Chinese patent attorney and attorney-at-law with extensive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical intellectual property matters.
She has been practicing intellectual property law since 2008. Her practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution, patent reexamination and invalidation, patent litigation, patent validity analysis, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis.
She regularly advises multinational and domestic clients on global patent portfolio strategy, cross-border intellectual property protection, patent risk assessment and commercialization-related IP matters in the life sciences sectors. She also has significant experience in intellectual property due diligence for innovative pharmaceutical companies.
