Profile

Ling is a Chinese registered patent attorney. Her expertise and experiences cover patent filing, drafting, prosecution, reexamination, and invalidation proceedings in various areas of the field of mechanical engineering. She also provides legal opinions on patent operation related matters.
She was a substantive examiner in Patent Examination Cooperation Center of SIPO since 2003 before she started her practice at Zhongzi Law Office in 2010.

Ling earned her B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering & Automation and M.S. degree in Precision Instrument from Tsinghua University in 2000 and 2003. She also studied European patent law in Germany in 2013.
