Mr. Zixiang WEI has extensive expertise on obtaining intellectual property under patent, utility model, and industrial design including application drafting, office action responding, opining on patent infringement and validity, enforcing intellectual property rights through litigation and administrative measures including patent searching. Mr. WEI joined in Zhongzi Law Office in 2012 and has provided legal services to many multinational companies covering the technical fields on electrical systems, communications, industrial automation, medical instruments, computer technologies, automobile electronics, and so on. Before joining to Zhongzi, he has worked in the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA, also referred as SIPO before 2019) as a substantive patent examiner for five years.

Mr. WEI earned his B.S degree in Automation and M.S degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
